Research: Developing a digital tool to support stroke care by GPs

A quick update that our GEMSS research project survey closes on the 31st of March 2025. 

What is the GEMSS research project?

Monash University is collaborating with the Gippsland PHN (Primary Health Network) to develop a digital tool for use by general practitioners to monitor and support people who have experienced a stroke.

This project is funded by the Stroke Foundation.

We are inviting stroke survivors, or their support person, to help us develop a digital tool for monitoring the care of people who have experienced a stroke.

What is involved?

·        Complete a 25-30 mins survey

·        Share your thoughts on the importance and relevance of commonly reported needs after stroke

Participants who complete the survey will have a chance to enter a random prize draw to win one of five $100 gift vouchers.
