Research project: Young adult healthcare experiences after stroke

I am a researcher working on the new Young Stroke Service, which has just launched to provide healthcare and rehabilitation support for people aged 18 to 45 following stroke.
As part of that project we are doing a research project to find out about the healthcare experiences of young adults in Victoria and South Australia so that we can make sure that the new Young Stroke Service better meets your needs.
