Help design a follow up service for life after stroke

Researchers from the Florey Institute of Neuroscience and Mental Health are working on a follow-up service for people who report extreme problems or unmet needs with quality of life, within three to six months after stroke.

They're inviting you to help design their service by completing a 30-minute online survey.
